Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next business day. We'll email you when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery options and costs

We deliver using InPost Home Delivery. The price depends on the size and weight of your order, and the cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Free delivery on orders over £50.

Delivery times are estimates, counted in working days from the day your order is dispatched, and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel.

Delayed or lost orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of the estimated delivery window, please email Fikahairsalon82@gmail.com or call 07901 561331 with your order number and we'll look into it.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and extra charges may apply if a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and a photo, so we can raise it with the carrier quickly. You can still return damaged or faulty items within 30 days of receiving them. See our Refund Policy for details.
